Organic Wine

Our XAXAXA wine is an organic white wine of Xarel.lo and Chardonnay.

The Xarel·lo variety is the historical variety of our area, the Penedés, and it produces very particular wines, very pleasant, with good acidity, and a final touch that cleanses the palate very well and leaves a good flavor. The Chardonnay variety is the classic variety of international white wines, with good acidity and a good structure on the palate. Although the two varieties make extraordinary white wines, together they complement each other very well and enhance each other, giving this white wine a long, lingering finish that invites another sip.

Together they show us the magnificent complementarity between our extraordinary local variety, Xarel·lo, and the great global variety, Chardonnay. The two varieties have been made separately, with fermentation at a controlled temperature, and both have been aged on fine lees in tank, for a few months. After tasting and evaluating each of the wines of the two varieties, the percentages of each one are decided to make the XAXAXA.
